Welcome to Arnison & Company Property Department

The Property Department is part of Arnison & Company Solicitors Ltd, an established legal practice standing in the heart of Penrith in the northern Lake District.  It was founded in Penrith in 1852 by two brothers, William Burra Arnison and Charles Nathan Arnison, and since that time has provided a full legal service to the local community.

As the company continued to expand, the Estate Agent’s office was opened in 1990 within the same premises. This move gave us the opportunity to offer our clients a complete service, enabling us to carry out all the legal work required during a conveyancing transaction.

The Estate Agent’s Office is managed by Michelle Finnigan and her assistants, Carole Gardiner and Teresa Carter.
